[edit] 2012 Auckland Open

The Auckland Go club hosted the 2012 Auckland open on September 1 and 2. It felt a lot like a replay of the Auckland open, with a similar cast and similar results. Laris Du and Robyn Lu were too strong for the rest of us again, taking first and second spots respectively. Young Susan Li had a good result with 3 wins again - one at my expense alas. It was great to see Mile Gu again. Also John Chen from Napier and Jason Bei from Wellington.

Thanks everyone for your help running the tournament. See you again and bring your friends.
