Waitangi Day Go Festival at Opito bay 2021

Dear Go Players,

Once again Mike Taler is generously making his bach (holiday house) at Opito bay available to Go players over the Waitangi day weekend. (Friday Feb 5 to Tuesday Feb 9)

Opito bay, just north of Whitianga on the Coromandel peninsula, is one of the nicest beaches in New Zealand. Mike's bach looks over the beach, just 50m away. It's an idylic location.

The bach has beds for 10 people and floor room or tent space for more... Relax, play Go, talk, swim, play Weiqi, walk, golf (two courses 'nearby'), fish, play Baduk, eat, canoe... whatever. Bring your partner and kids too. It's a great place and I strongly recommend going!

The bach has a fridge, oven and stove.
