Auckland and National tournament upcoming. Also, an new constitution!

Dear Go Players,

There are several upcoming tournaments to add to your calendar. 

Firstly the Auckland Open which is scheduled for the 20th and 21st of September (just six weeks away!)

Secondly the New Zealand Open which will be on the 22nd and 23rd of November.

Both will be in Auckland somewhere with the exact location announced closer to the day.  Also an adminstrative matter, the government tightening rules around clubs and societies means that the constitution needs to be updated.  The committee has put forward a draft for voting which you can review in google docs.
