World Students Go Oza Championship – Expressions of Interest

(Tokyo, 9–12 February 2026)**

We need to select the NZ representative quickly — the international deadline is in about ten days.

Eligibility (based on the organiser’s official rules):

• You must be a current university / tertiary student.

• You must be under 30 on 12 February 2026.

• You must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.

• Recommended playing strength: approximately 1–2 dan or stronger.

• You must be able to travel to Tokyo for the event dates.

If you meet the criteria and wish to be considered, please email me URGENTLY. We only have a couple weeks!
